In this role, you need:

  • A complete high school education
  • Previous work experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • At least one year left of any post-secondary education or a strong interest in economics and for other reasons choose to work part-time
  • Be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Be able to complete a three-week continuous introduction during the day
  • Be flexible with your working hours
  • Be able to work at least two shifts/week and 5 days/week during the summer
